| Bio: | I wish I had an idea of how to present a reasonably accurate picture of me and my life, because you're sure as hell not gonna get that picture from my livejournal. Having grown up in the southern suburbs of Atlanta, I obtained my BS in Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech. Ever the master of timing, I opted not to seek a job in my chosen field during the IT boom, and instead spent two years in Japan teaching English. Upon repatriating myself, I moved out to Albuqerque, where I earned a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico. After spending three summers and two winters in the Detroit area, I'm now living in Nashville, where I work for Toshiba. (I write embedded software for HDTVs.) I'm not shy by any means, but on the Keirsey scale, I'm an INTP, and I flee noise, opting instead for a quiet corner and a good book. And I've been carrying on a passionate affair with music my entire life. (Generally speaking, I like everything but Clear Channel.) |
